Return and Refund Policy


Returns 

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your receipt of the item, unfortunately we can’t offer you any refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and should have the original label. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Following items are non-returnable:

  1. Any special/custom order placed for over 2 days
  2. Any item resized to fit your body size
  3. Any item that was altered for your order
  4. Gift cards


Partial-refund Scenarios:

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. Partials are deemed appropriate under our sole discretion. We also have the sole right to determine the percentage of amount of the original purchase that will be refunded for such items. Following are the type of scenarios where partial-refunds are granted:

  1. Items with obvious signs of use
  2. Any item that is not in its original condition
  3. Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
  4. Any item that was purchased during a sale event or with a discount
  5. Any item with no visible damage or no identifiable defect (we reserve the sole right of inspecting and determining if the item is defective or damaged; please send us clear picture of the defect or damage before sending the item back


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Only the purchase price of the item is eligible for refunded. The shipping cost for the purchase is NOT eligible for refund.


Late or missing refunds :

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items:

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Restocking Fee:

Under certain situation (like custom order, partially damaged item, altered item etc.) we charge up to 20% re-stocking fee. We, at our own sole discretion determine how much percent will be charged for restocking the item.

 

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@pure-elegance.com

Shipping fee for returned items:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for your returned item getting lost in mail.
